  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, missing, or delayed packages.
  • Shipping carriers are responsible for the transit and delivery of your order. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Shipping Speeds

  • We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs.
  • Important: Please select your shipping speed carefully. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Gypsy Tale.
  • If you are working with a specific timeline (e.g., a gift or event), we highly recommend choosing expedited shipping to minimize delays.

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors or local carrier office. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Order Cancellation/Modification Policy

At Gypsy Tale, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact us immediately at info@gypsytale.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once the shipping process has begun, changes are no longer possible.

What we offer?

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
  • Shipping times begin the day after your order has been shipped, not the day the order is placed or shipped. For example, if your package ships on Monday, the shipping carrier will count Tuesday as the first shipping day.

 

*Business Days do not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
